I’ve doing qigong, yoga, meditation on & off for 10 years now and it never seems to amaze me. As I get older, now 45, I’m more aware of my health and the environment. Recently I have carpel tunnel on my hands, headaches and allergies and had to quite my job. I refuse to do surgery for my hands and just take a long break from my career. Has been two years and I’m not cured yet. Now I just practice and hope one day I can work again or perhaps something else.
